अगर आप ( client ) हमारी किसी भी काम की पेमेंट को रोकते हो या पेमेंट नहीं करते हो तो हमें पूरा अधिकार है आपके काम को बंद करने का और हो चुके काम को हटाने का।
अगर आप SEO , SMM , GOOGLE ADS और GMB LISTING का काम होने के बाद पेमेंट नहीं करते हो तो हमे आपकी वेबसाइट को हटाने का अधिकार होगा।
All services are customized to your specifications; any requests that go beyond the agreed plan will result in design charge adjustments.
Payment will be made in two installments. To begin work, the client must pay a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due the week before the project is due. All payments must be made in INR by cash or netbanking according to the agreed-upon payment plan. If payment requirements are not met, Webcoster will be obliged to work half-time.
When the design charge is invoiced to the client, it will be subject to an additional GST of 18%.
Webcoster assumes that the client has permission from the rightful owner to use any data or report provided by the client for inclusion in campaign materials, and that the client will indemnify Webcoster against any claim or suit arising from such use.
Webcoster promises that all services will be done within the agreed-upon timeline. During and after the contract, all information considered proprietary by the customer will be handled with confidentiality. All suggestions and corrections are welcome.
